In these Terms & Conditions, the following capitalized terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform — whether by browsing, creating an Account, or placing a Bet — you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and mc88i in respect of your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, or agreements between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

mc88i may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mc88i applies a strict Adults Only — 21+ policy across all jurisdictions it serves. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. mc88i is operated as an international platform serving the Indonesian market. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your specific location.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not be under any legal disability or acting under the control or influence of another person that would affect your ability to consent.
4. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not fall within the definition of a Prohibited Person as set out in Clause 1. mc88i employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members are strictly prohibited from holding Player accounts or placing Bets.
5. Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or under a third party's identity — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
6. Own Funds: You must be wagering with funds that belong to you and that have been lawfully obtained. Use of funds derived from criminal activity or provided by a third party for the purpose of gambling is strictly prohibited.

mc88i reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any of the above eligibility conditions at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

To access real-money wagering features on mc88i, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following conditions apply:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address.
• You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity during registration.
• mc88i will conduct identity verification (KYC) prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, passport, or driving licence) and proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months.
• mc88i reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your Account or any of the funds held within it to any other person.
• Only one Account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

By submitting a registration application, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate, and you authorize mc88i to verify this information through any means it considers appropriate, including through third-party identity verification providers.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. mc88i recommends the following practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms or services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) — available to all mc88i Account holders — to add a second layer of protection to your login process.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members and friends.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify mc88i's support team immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization.

mc88i will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. mc88i will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

mc88i accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon.
• Digital E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The following terms apply to all deposits:

1. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits funded by a third party's account are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the source account.
2. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. mc88i reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
3. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within the processing window specified for each payment method. mc88i is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
4. mc88i does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges. These charges are the Player's sole responsibility.
5. mc88i reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it believes, in its sole discretion, to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.

Withdrawals from your mc88i Account are subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC Completion: Your Account must have passed the full identity verification (KYC) process before any withdrawal request will be approved. KYC documentation must be submitted and verified to mc88i's satisfaction.
2. Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method (bank account or e-wallet) used to make the qualifying deposit on the Account. This policy is applied to assist with anti-money-laundering compliance.
3. Processing Time: mc88i aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds may take longer depending on the policies of your bank or e-wallet provider.
4. Minimum Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method.
5. Pending Bonus Requirements: Withdrawals cannot be processed while active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding, unless the Player has requested removal of the bonus (which will also result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings attributable to it).
6. Verification Requests: mc88i reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity issues, or a breach of these Terms.
7. Fees: mc88i does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's responsibility.

mc88i offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of the promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or turnover requirement), which specifies the total amount of qualifying bets that must be placed before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — toward satisfying wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's detailed terms. Generally, sports bets and slot gacor (high-RTP slot games) contribute at 100%, while live casino tables may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Expiry: Bonuses and the associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified in the promotion. Unused bonus balances and incomplete wagering requirements are forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in your Account at any given time unless otherwise specified by mc88i.
• Bonus Abuse: mc88i employs sophisticated monitoring tools to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, and systematic exploitation of bonus terms. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
• Right to Modify: mc88i reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been claimed and are actively being wagered through, unless fraud is suspected.

The following general betting rules apply across all wagering products available on the mc88i Platform. Product-specific rules (sports betting, live casino, togel, crash games, e-sports) are published separately within the relevant product section of the Platform.

1. Bet Acceptance: A bet is not valid until confirmed by the mc88i system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not binding on mc88i.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Applicable stake limits are displayed within the betting interface for each market. mc88i may alter these limits at any time at its sole discretion.
3. Odds Changes: For pre-match sports markets, odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
4. Void Bets: mc88i reserves the right to void a bet where it has been accepted due to a technical error, a palpable pricing error, or where the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not meet the conditions required for the market to be settled. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account balance.
5. Final Results: Once a bet has been settled by the mc88i system, the result is final. mc88i does not accept disputes arising from a Player's misunderstanding of the rules applicable to a market.
6. In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted at mc88i's discretion. Suspension of in-play markets during critical periods of an event (e.g., a penalty kick in football, a match point in badminton) is at mc88i's sole discretion and is not grounds for a dispute.
7. Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the combined bet to pay out. Each leg of a mix parlay is subject to its own rules. If one selection is voided, the mix parlay is recalculated with the remaining legs.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mc88i Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, and any balance held may be forfeited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or ongoing use of the Platform.
• Operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a third party's identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker, live casino, or competitive wagering contexts.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider wagering, or placing bets on the basis of information not available to the general public.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or Platform system.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds of criminal origin through the Platform.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited and where doing so violates applicable local law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mc88i staff, agents, or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming or self-exclusion tool applied to your Account.

mc88i's decision to suspend or close an Account under this clause is final. Where criminal conduct is suspected, mc88i reserves the right to report the matter to appropriate law enforcement authorities and to cooperate with any resulting investigation.

All content on the mc88i Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game assets, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mc88i or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or exploit any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademark notices, or other proprietary rights notices on the Platform.
• Use any mc88i brand assets — including the name, logo, or domain — in any advertising, promotional, or third-party material without mc88i's prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of mc88i's intellectual property may result in legal action. mc88i actively enforces its intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mc88i excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from interruption, suspension, or termination of any game or service.
• Technical failures, server downtime, connectivity issues, or data loss affecting your access to the Platform or any game outcome.
• Reliance on any information, odds, or content published on the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Actions taken by mc88i in accordance with these Terms, including Account closure, bonus forfeiture, or bet voiding.

In any event, mc88i's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mc88i's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

mc88i collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the administration of your Account.
• Transaction data — including deposit and withdrawal history — is retained for the period required by applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
• mc88i does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party KYC, payment processing, and platform infrastructure providers acting under strict contractual data-protection obligations.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to mc88i's legal retention obligations.

mc88i is committed to promoting a safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling environment for all Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every Account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of a single gambling session on the Platform.

mc88i reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates that do not materially alter Player obligations — may be made without prior notification. If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must close your Account before the amendment's effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mc88i is licensed and regulated as an international gaming operator.

It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws in Indonesia. mc88i makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions from which it may be accessed. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is undertaken entirely at the Player's own risk.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through mc88i's internal complaints procedure may be referred to the dispute resolution body specified under mc88i's operating licence. mc88i's decision in relation to all matters of game fairness, bet settlement, and Platform operation is final, subject only to any applicable licensing authority oversight.
