• "mc88i", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the mc88i platform accessible at https://mc88i.cam, including its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and authorized third-party service providers.
• "Platform" — means the mc88i website, any associated mobile applications, application programming interfaces (APIs), and all products and services accessible through those channels.

• "Third-Party Service Provider" — means an external company or individual engaged by mc88i to perform specific services on its behalf — such as payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, analytics, and cloud infrastructure — under contractual data-protection obligations.

mc88i acts as the data controller in respect of Personal Data collected from Players who access the Platform. As data controller, mc88i determines the purposes for which, and the manner in which, Personal Data is processed.

mc88i is an internationally operated online betting platform primarily serving players based in Indonesia. By registering an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that your Personal Data will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

6. Responsible Gaming: Monitoring wagering patterns to identify potential problem-gambling indicators; applying deposit limits, time-out periods, and self-exclusion tools you have requested; and proactively reaching out where our algorithms flag a concern.
7. Customer Support: Responding to your enquiries, complaints, and technical support requests through live chat and email.
8. Legal Compliance: Meeting our obligations under applicable anti-money-laundering regulations, gaming licence conditions, and any lawful request from a competent authority.
9. Analytics & Platform Improvement: Analyzing aggregated and anonymized usage data to understand player behaviour, improve product features, optimize the user experience, and inform commercial decisions.
10. Marketing Communications: Sending you information about relevant promotions, bonuses, and product updates by email or in-platform notification, where you have consented or where we have a legitimate interest — and in either case subject to your right to opt out at any time.

mc88i processes Personal Data under the following lawful bases. Where more than one basis applies to a given purpose, the primary basis is identified below:

• Performance of a Contract: Processing necessary to deliver the services you have contracted for by registering an account — including account administration, payment processing, game delivery, and customer support.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws — particularly anti-money-laundering obligations, KYC/age-verification requirements, and responses to lawful authority requests.

1. KYC & Identity Verification Providers: mc88i engages licensed third-party KYC providers to verify your identity documents and conduct liveness checks. These providers process only the minimum data necessary for verification and are contractually prohibited from retaining or using your data for any other purpose.
2. Payment Processors: Deposit and withdrawal instructions are transmitted to the relevant Indonesian bank or e-wallet provider (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and to any intermediary payment gateway. 4. Cloud Infrastructure & Hosting Providers: Platform data — including account data and game logs — is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. mc88i's hosting partners are contractually bound to implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
5. Analytics Providers: Aggregated and anonymized usage data may be shared with analytics platforms for product improvement purposes. No individually identifiable Personal Data is transmitted in this context.
6. Legal Authorities: mc88i will disclose Personal Data to law enforcement, regulatory bodies, or courts when legally compelled to do so, or where mc88i reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, money laundering, or other serious crime. mc88i will, where legally permissible, notify the affected Player prior to such disclosure.
7. Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of mc88i's business assets, Personal Data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. You will be notified of any such transfer and any material change to the treatment of your data.

mc88i uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform effectively, maintain session security, understand how players interact with our services, and deliver a personalized experience. The categories of cookies used are as follows:

mc88i does not deploy third-party advertising or retargeting cookies. Your browsing behavior on the Platform is not shared with external advertising networks.

mc88i retains Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following retention schedule applies:

Upon expiry of the applicable Retention Period, Personal Data is either permanently deleted from mc88i's systems or rendered irreversibly anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with you as an individual. Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.

Where you request deletion of your data prior to the expiry of a mandatory regulatory retention period, mc88i will restrict further use of that data to the minimum necessary to satisfy the legal obligation and will delete it as soon as permissible.

As a player on the mc88i Platform, you hold the following rights in relation to your Personal Data. mc88i will respond to all valid rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt.

The mc88i Platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 21 years or older. mc88i does not knowingly collect, process, or retain Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21.

As part of the account registration and KYC process, mc88i collects and verifies your date of birth against a government-issued identity document. Any registration application where the applicant is determined to be under 21 years of age will be declined and any Personal Data collected in connection with that application will be deleted promptly from mc88i's systems.

If mc88i discovers that it has inadvertently collected Personal Data from a person under 21 — whether through a fraudulent registration or otherwise — it will take immediate steps to delete all associated data and permanently close the account. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the source payment account.

• Fraud Monitoring: Real-time fraud detection systems monitor for account takeover attempts, credential stuffing, unusual transaction patterns, and other indicators of malicious activity.

While mc88i takes all reasonable steps to protect your Personal Data, no system connected to the internet can be guaranteed entirely secure. You play an important role in keeping your account safe — please review the security guidance in our Terms & Conditions and ensure your account credentials are strong and unique.

mc88i operates as an international platform and may process Personal Data on servers or through service providers located outside of Indonesia. Where Personal Data is transferred to a jurisdiction that does not provide a level of data protection equivalent to applicable standards, mc88i implements appropriate safeguards to ensure that your data remains protected to a standard consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Such safeguards may include:

• Contractual clauses (standard data protection contract terms) incorporated into agreements with Third-Party Service Providers that impose obligations equivalent to those in this Policy.

mc88i processes certain Personal Data specifically to support its responsible gaming obligations. This processing is carried out under our legitimate interests basis, balanced against the significant player welfare benefits it provides.

Responsible gaming data processing activities include:

• Monitoring wagering frequency, session duration, and loss patterns to identify Players who may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling behavior.
• Recording and enforcing deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion requests placed on your Account.
• Retaining self-exclusion records for a minimum of seven (7) years after the exclusion period ends, to prevent readmission during the exclusion window and to document compliance with our player protection obligations.
• Sharing data with third-party responsible gaming verification platforms (such as cross-operator self-exclusion registers) where applicable and where you have been enrolled in such a program.

This data is handled with the highest degree of sensitivity and is accessible only to mc88i staff directly responsible for player welfare and compliance. It is not used for marketing profiling or shared with any party outside the direct scope of player protection obligations.

Where a change to this Policy is material — meaning it meaningfully alters the way we collect, use, or share your Personal Data, or reduces the protections afforded to you — mc88i will notify registered Players in advance by email to the address registered to your account, or by a prominent in-platform notification. Minor amendments (such as clarifications of existing text, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to contact details) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after a revised Privacy Policy has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept a material change, you should cease using the Platform and, if you wish, request closure of your account. mc88i will retain data as required by its legal obligations notwithstanding the account closure.
